HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
Preparing for a visit
If this is your first visit, please bring your MSP health card, and any health document you may have in your possession. If the office is very busy, you may have to wait up to 30 to 45 minutes, but usually the wait is only a few minutes. Treatments requiring fitting for orthotics or prolotherapy can take 30 minutes to one hour.
If you have many areas of concern, come prepared to discuss the one which concerns you most. We may not be able to address all of your concerns in a single visit. You may want to write down the questions you're most interested in discussing.
Cancellations: please cancel your visit at least 24 hours ahead of time. If you cancel at the last minute or do not show up, there is a $35 charge. You can cancel by calling the office and speaking to the receptionist or leaving a message on my answering machine at 604-985-5381
Where we are situated.
Location: the office is located on the second floor, room 220, at 1940 Lonsdale, at the corner of 19th St and Lonsdale. There is usually parking in front of the office building or on the streets beside the office. There is a bus stop almost in front of the building.
